Susan Volz began her real estate career at 19 years old when she approached her father and said, “I’m ready to go to college!” and he replied, “I think you’re just a little too wild to be sitting through 4 years of college right now – how about real estate school? And I’ll go with you!” You just don’t say ‘no’ to a Warrant Officer in the Marines – well he nailed! And after 39+ years, Susan is still going strong! Yes…she did attend college however she remains in the field she has the most passion for….Real Estate!
Susan has been a multimillion-dollar producer from the start. She has sold real estate in Texas, Pennsylvania, and now has been selling in the Greater Charlotte for over 28 years. Year after year, she has been nominated by her clients for the Five Star Professional Real Estate Award. Susan has also mastered yearly company awards as well. With her expertise and diversity, Susan enjoys helping first time home buyers to million-dollar properties, and everything in between!
