Susan is an experienced real estate agent who became interested in the profession after having a wonderful experience with her own REALTOR® a few years ago. She has a passion for helping others and knew that this is a career where personalized customer service is of the utmost importance! Whether you are a seasoned home buyer or this is your first home purchase, Susan will be there to guide you through the process.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Susan is a member of Derry Village Rotary Club and supports many charitable organizations in the Derry/Londonderry area including The Upper Room and the Derry Veterans Assistance Fund. She enjoys working with Veterans, assisting each with the purchase of a first home or with a retirement home. She believes community service and support are essential, elevating the community as a whole. Susan was the recipient of the Rotary Club's "Rotarian of the Year" for 2021-22.
AWARDS
In 2019 and 2022, Susan was the recipient of the GSSBR Good Neighbor Award, an award that recognizes REALTORS who have made an extraordinary impact on their community.
In October 2022, Susan was awarded the Greater Londonderry Derry Chamber of Commerce "Citizen of the Year."
EDUCATION
Susan continuously educates herself, recently earning SRS ® (Seller Representative Specialist) designation. As a result, her client satisfaction is very high. "Susan was very knowledgeable, very helpful, prompt, and eager to do everything that she could to sell our property. Things ran smoothly from beginning through closing and if anything came up she was quick to contact us and come up resolutions with any problem."
