Steve Catalano comes to real estate in South Carolina after having relocated here from the New Jersey shore area several years ago. He loved coastal real estate in the north and is truly loving working, living and breathing here in the lowcountry. Steve has a unique ability to identify the many minor factors that may contribute to clouding real estate decisions and instead assists his clients by defining the most relevant and pertinent factors for this very important financial transaction. He has immersed himself in the Charleston area markets to find what his buyers are looking for and understands the best way to promote the sale of your very precious asset.  After graduating with a business degree from Kean University, Steve's career began in financial brokerage work in New York City on Wall Street. There, he captured and honed negotiating skills that have become instrumental in all of his work since then. Then as a business owner, excellent customer service was the measurement of success. Steve prides himself on these two critical skill sets. Lastly, and just as important, he is committed to having fun in the process of the exciting business of real estate with his clients.
