About Me
Steve Lavoie had an early passion for Real Estate by investing in rentals and renovating homes beginning at age 20. Licensed in 1996, he was rookie of the year his first year with RE/MAX and very quickly became a Top Producer earning some the highest RE/MAX awards including the Chairman’s Club, Hall of Fame, and the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award.
Steve has lived in the Brandon area for over 40 years and comes from a Military family, his hobbies include bowling, golfing, real estate investing and watching HGTV. He’s also a big local sports fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning, Rays, and Buccaneers, attending many games. Steve supports many charities but his favorites include the Children’s Miracle Network and the Florida Cocker Spaniel Rescue.
