I am a Sacramento native, and have over 30 years Local Real Estate Experience, 20 years in Leadership with RE/MAX Gold. I have a background as a Commercial Photographer, Junior College Instructor, and Local Small Business Owner. If you have questions about the area, or about Real Estate, please use me as a resource.
For 20 years I was the Sales Manager for RE/MAX Gold. During that time frame we were the consistent #1 Market Share Leader in El Dorado Hills. I was privileged to work with many of the top agents in El Dorado, Amador, Calaveras & Tuolumne Counties. I am also the former 8 year Sales Agent & Manager for Parker Development Company's Serrano project, representing the master-planned developer in sales of custom home sites and production homes. I later sold resale homes as a RE/MAX Agent.
As I transitioned from leadership back to Real Estate Sales, I found I have renewed passion for the Business and for helping families realize their real estate goals and dreams.
At my Core, I take pride in treating people with respect and kindness, and work cooperatively to see
all sides of a potential challenge, and find a reasonable solution for all. My experience allows me to sometimes see problems before they occur, and to be proactive to avoid a challenge.
