About Me
Steve graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1985 and moved to Colorado, from El Paso, Illinois. His professional background includes real estate sales, relocation services, and property management administration. He is known for his dedication to superior customer service, attention to detail, and for providing his clients with a seamless, rewarding real estate experience. He is knowledgeable about all segments of the business, from the selling & buying processes, mortgage loan programs, investment properties, navigating the 1031 Exchange, resort properties, and second home opportunities.
Steve attained his real estate license in 1999 a 25 year veteran and a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association. He is also a member of the Summit County Association of Realtors. Helping clients purchase 2nd homes in the resort communities of Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne and Keystone. Steve has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designations. He enjoys continuing education classes to stay informed on industry standards and trends.
Steve is an avid bicycler, golfer and skier! He loves to share his knowledge about Colorado and the many recreational resources & destinations for which the great state is known.
