I've been in real estate for 17 years and absolutely love it! It has always been my greatest pleasure to help others to realize their dreams and goals. The market is ever changing so it is important for me to keep well trained and to stay current on market trends in order to better assist buyers and sellers and. I also love problem solving all of the different challenges that can come up with a transaction and look at them as learning experiences. I work in a fairly large metropolitan area referred to as Hampton Roads which includes the cities of Newport News, Hampton, Williamsburg, Poquoson and the counties of James city, York, and Gloucester. I also serve a large military community. Having been raised in a military home, I understand the unique demands of relocating to a new location, so I take great care in handling military personnel and their families as they relocate in or out of the area. I am also very accustomed to working with those acquiring investment properties and the challenges that process may take. All in all, I know that very buyer or seller is different, and every transaction is different, so I seek to serve each individual or family with their purposes uppermost.
