I love working with home buyers and sellers. I bring a team of vendors to assist every client whether it be a first-time home buyer looking for a reliable company to get their pre-approval, a licensed home inspector, or a home investor needing help finding a licensed contractor, plumber or painter etc. Having 31 years of home ownership experience, 23 years as a full-time Realtor/Broker and about 30 yrs. as a real estate investor. I feel this puts me above many other agents, brokers and Realtors. I choose to do a lot more than just the required clock hours of ongoing education each year. I make it a top priority to keep up with real estate changes, laws and to help you reach and accomplish your goals.
