In a class of her own and native to the Lakes Region, Stephanie resides in her
hometown, Laconia.
Stephanie is an honest, attentive agent with Re/Max Bayside in the Meredith NH office. She is optimistic when guiding her clients around the Lakes Region waterfront towns. Her ability to understand and explain various markets makes working with her a trusted and valuable source of information to sellers, buyers, and investors, providing them useful knowledge to aid in a buying or selling decision.
Stephanie’s expertise spans from the Lakes Region to the Seacoast and she is licensed to sell real estate in all of New Hampshire. Stephanie has a sharp eye for detail and is attracted to the awe that is found in high end finishes. She operates as a solo agent and knows how to close a sale. She purposefully treats all her clients with integrity and thoughtfulness.
She works hard, is ambitious, considerate, compassionate and kind. She is also currently the CEO and founder of Mindful Cleaning Co. a small, white glove, cleaning company in the Lakes Region focused on cleaning the most exquisite of homes.
Her Faith moves her to give her best and deliver the best in all her endeavors. Before her career in real estate, Stephanie worked in the fine dining industry in NH and FL for 10+ years. She has a genuine heart when helping the less fortunate thus forming The Warm Cloth Drive which is a clothing drive to provide warm winter clothing items to the less fortunate in the Lakes Region every November.
Outside of work, Stephanie loves to read about sales, Faith and psychology & take long walks, dinner with friends, have chats with neighbors, drive and seek amazing views and travel around the world.
