Janice Ross, Stephanie Cauller and Katie Oliva make up Hilton Head Home Group of RE/MAX Island Realty. With years in business, marketing and real estate, this team works together flawlessly and has been helping people find their dream home on Hilton Head since 2012.
Originally from Malvern, PA Stephanie relocated to Hilton Head Island in 2010. In 2003 she started a Sales and Marketing Company. This led her to QVC where she spent 7 years as an on-air guest selling a variety of Gift and Novelty items to millions of viewers. Stephanie has spent the last ten years in Real Estate, formerly the Director of Marketing for the RE/MAX Island Realty Offices, then forming a team with Janice Ross in 2018.
Janice Ross is a Pittsburgh native, with deep roots in the Los Angeles Area. A graduate of Penn State University, Janice moved first to Hilton Head as Live Aboard in Shelter Cove Marina, then as a home owner in Leamington.
Katie Oliva is our true Local Gal, bringing all the Southern Charm and Hospitality to the team with an immense knowledge of the entire Lowcountry. Having been raised in Beaufort, she is an expert not only in Hilton Head Island, but also our neighboring historic community of Beaufort, SC.
