Silvana started her Real Estate career in 2006, her main focus is to work diligently for clients as a Professional Realtor. Obtaining their trust and confidence through every aspect of the home buying or selling process through effective communication, proven results and progressive measures to ensure their goals are met and exceeded. Living in St. Petersburg for many years before coming to Lakeland, she has a vast knowledge of both the Tampa Bay Area and Central Florida, helping buyers & sellers from St. Pete to Davenport and everywhere in between.
Specializing in First time Home buyers, certified Senior residential specialist, and At Home with Diversity are some of her designations.
She has a strong work ethic and is laser focused in her hunt to find the perfect places for her buyers. An avid volunteer in the Community and local Realtor Association. On her days off you can find her enjoying the beautiful Florida weather at any one of the four Disney Parks.
