Shu Chen is a veteran real estate professional eight years strong with an expertise in the city’s housing and condo market. Locationally, her residential prowess is mainly Queens- focused extending to Flushing, College point, Bayside, Whitestone, Fresh Meadow, Corona, Jackson Height, Elmhurst, Woodside, Astoria and Long Island City. Her technical speciality is in housing regulations. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Fuzhounese, Shu works closely with a wide range of international buyers —be it for their first home, or, an investment property. Her temperament is renown as Shu helps clients navigate some of the more stressful and confusing parts of the home buying and selling experience.
Born in China, Shu immigrated to New York City as a child where she lived for few years before moving down south to Tampa Bay, Florida. She returned to New York as an adult to launch her real estate career. Shu is currently a homeowner in Flushing, Queens and in Saint Petersburg, FL. She’s now got eyes on the Malba neighborhood in Queens where her dream mansion has water views.
