Coastal communities are my passion! I was first introduced to the southwest coast of Florida by many of my Massachusetts real estate clients who I helped buy or sell on Cape Cod. Many of them also own from St. Pete Beach down to Naples. In exploring, I also personally discovered the gems that comprise these incredible Gulf Coast communities and decided to make this “salty” area my home as well. I love living and working in the best of both coastal worlds! My areas of specialty include all of Sarasota County (Sarasota, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, North Port), south Manatee County (Lakewood Ranch), and northern Charlotte County (Englewood, Rotunda West) and the barrier islands that border them (Lido, Siesta, Casey and Manasota Keys). Whether I assist you personally or connect you by referral to agents in other Florida regions on either the west or east coast, I’ll be delighted help you find the community and neighborhood that best feels like “home” to you.
