About Me
Hello! My name is Shilpan Patel and I was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. I moved to Houston in 2009 and have been here since then, graduated from the Universty of Houston with a BA in Management Information Systems. I fell in love with City and have called it home since then and woud love to show you what this city has to offer!!
I am mentored by one of the most successful RE/MAX Broker/Owners in all of America, Nimesh Patel, who owns and operates RE/MAX Fine Properties. I have since partnered with him creating The Nimesh Patel Group, with ten agents, a listing coordinator and a marketing coordinator! The Nimesh Patel Group has won several prestigious awards, most recently being the coveted Chairman's Award given to only the Top agents and teams throughout the world. Nimesh has also recently received the RE/MAX of Texas Broker/Owner of the Year in 2014, just three years after receiving it prior in 2011!
