About Me Shelley Albers is a Western State College Graduate and has worked in the Crested Butte area passionately in business and sales, as well as yoga and the healing arts for 7 years. She is now back in servicing the area of real estate with Remax. Shelley worked for the Crested Butte News setting record ad sales and rode the real estate wave in 2007, but mostly her passion lies in relationships and helping to improve the community of Crested Butte in ways forward of economic and long term prosperity and sustainability. She has also worked with the Chamber of Commerce in coming up with sustainable health care plans offered to the community, employees and small businesses in uniting a long term vision for Crested Butte. In addition to building great relationships she has established creative programs to boost tourism, helped manage and organize big events such as Ride the Rockies and Fat Tire bike week that have now become annual events that help drive sales for local businesses in CB. Shelley has been involved with projects in this community since 2001 and has a passion for the people as well as the community here in creating a lasting vision and a win win for her clients as well as the community of Crested Butte.   Shelley is an athlete and loves the freedom and connection that Crested Butte gives her ; A sense of herself is expressed in all ways here in these beautiful peaks and people that surround this magical place.
