About Me
My name is Shawn Sullivan and I’m a REALTOR®/Broker Associate with RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services of Medford and Stoneham. I was born and brought up in Somerville, I'm a lifelong resident of the Boston North area and I have spent more than half my life immersed in the real estate industry.
My passion for the real estate business began when I purchased my first piece of raw land and began developing multi-family homes. Shortly afterwards, I obtained my construction supervisor’s license and went on to launch a successful real estate trust firm that specialized in residential development opportunities. The transition to traditional residential and commercial real estate sales 19 years ago was a natural one for me, and when I joined RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services, I brought with me all of my industry acumen along with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help buyers, sellers and developers achieve their real estate goals in Massachusetts.
Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of property buyers and sellers as well as some of the leading Massachusetts developers. In the process, I have been able to build a solid and tested network of industry professionals – mortgage lenders, bankers, attorneys, service people, etc. – all of whom stand ready to fulfill the varied needs of my clients.
In 2015, to meet the needs of my growing client base, I created The Shawn Sullivan Team, which is recognized today as one of the top producing teams of industry experts in the area. Together, we are a team of experienced REALTORS® committed to personalized client attention and overall service excellence. Additionally, through RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services and the RE/MAX Franchise, we are able to assist those looking to buy or sell properties anywhere in the U.S. and 90 other countries and territories.
