About Me
Moving to the space coast in 2007 with a job in the fenestration engineering field, I instantly fell in love with the area and all it had to offer. My career was ended with the crash of the decade and I decided to pursue a long wanted career in real estate. I was thrilled to know the pleasure of matching people with homes and assisting sellers in getting the most out of their home and doing it quickly and smoothly.
Of course, starting a career in real estate in 2009 was challenging, it helped teach me a lot about it during a rough time. I learned the art of negotiating, putting together an appealing offer during multi offer situations, short sales and foreclosures and working with Fannie May and Freddie Mac. I worked with a lot of builders to start with as well, since they were more appealing to buyers vs. buying a foreclosed home or waiting a long time for a short sale to go through.
My 1st year in real estate I was one of less than 100 agents in our area to sell over 1 million dollars and top 7% in our area. Now, I've helped hundreds of happy buyers and sellers and I'm ready to help you!!
About me: I'm a mom of 2 wonderful kids and have a fantastic supportive husband. We love Disney and all that it has to offer, going to the beach and going to movies together. My kids love being active in martial arts and coding and general social activities. We have many great family festivals in our area that are very enjoyable to attend. Brevard is a fast growing county, but has that small town feel and you're very likely to bump into someone you know at one of our amazing family friendly festivals.
