I am a full-time, full service Associate Broker, I am a native Arizonan and very knowledgeable of the area and our Real Estate market.
I have over 26 years Experience with all types of Real Estate transaction, second home buyers,
1031 exchange, foreclosures, estate sales, trusts, foreign buyers or sellers, Investors & relocation.
For my Sellers...I have an extensive marketing plan & knowledge of the area’s market values. I have teamed with many specialists to help with estate sale, home prep, staging, moving, handyman and more. I personally walk my sellers through the selling process. I care about my clients and will always be there to help. I am their single point of contact, my clients are never sent over to an associate. My #1 goal is to help my sellers get the best price & terms possible and providing a stress-free transaction.

I am a native Arizonan; my husband and I live in the retirement communities in the Surprise Arizona area. Family & friends are very important to us, we have a wonderful blended family and have been blessed with 2 beautiful grandchildren. Everyone in my family are huge animal lovers, cats, dogs, horses. Helping our valley animal shelters is very important to us and very rewarding. I enjoy meeting new people & that’s why I love real estate, having fun at the recreation centers, traveling and seeing new places.
