If Sharon could have you know anything personal about her it would be her desire to help people. Her passion has helped Sharon survive over 34 years in the real estate industry through 4 up’s and down’s in the housing market. The “feast or famine” housing markets require the expertise Sharon offers. Her desire to do the best possible job drives her dedication to continual education in all areas of the industry. Training in not only residential real estate, land sales and new construction, but specialty areas such as divorce sales and Medicaid sell offs also. The aging “baby boomer” sector has many special needs and she loves to assist with downsizing and multi-generational housing needs.
Sharon has consistently been in the top 5-10% of Real Realtor’s nationwide and has also advanced her degree by earning a Brokers designation. In addition, Sharon was voted as a past “Sale’s Person” of the Year”, “Hall of Fame” and her most prized award “Community Service” in 2018. Her peers regard Sharon as compassionate and some deem her their “go to” person if they need help. Her negotiation skills, vast knowledge and experience in the area are unquestionable. Being licensed in both Virginia and West Virginia allows Sharon to better serve her clients also.
A native of southern West Virginia, with a love for nature, gardening, the water and outdoor activities provides a peaceful place for Sharon in the crazy world we live in these days.
In her spare time Sharon volunteers as a Rapid Response Chaplain, facilitates Financial Peace University and assists with financial counseling. Her faith, love for God and family rise to the top of her daily agenda.
