As an original native, Shane is humbled to help others realize the dream of coastal living. He believes in doing more than is expected, treating everyone with respect, and making his community proud. His travel history to 20+ countries, along with his professional international experiences, allows him to effectively communicate and work for clients from any background or culture.
Shane graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, & Tourism Management. Throughout his service-based career, he has lived and worked in Gainesville, Florida; Washington D.C., Baltimore, Maryland, Fairfax, Virginia, Charleston, South Carolina, and Atlanta, Georgia. Shane grew up in the Palmetto State and he brings the authentic local experience you expect when living in South Carolina.
