Meet Shana Morgan, a highly experienced and skilled real estate agent with RE/MAX Essential. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Shana moved to North Carolina in 2008 and has been making it her home ever since. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire and began her real estate career with RE/MAX Essential in 2016.
Starting as a foreclosure specialist, Shana has expanded her expertise and mainly focuses on residential sales, working with a diverse group of clients such as first-time buyers, those looking for investment opportunities, and those in the market for a second home. Shana's specialty, however, is helping individuals and families relocate to the beautiful coastal community of Wilmington. With an in-depth knowledge of the area, Shana enjoys showcasing the best that Wilmington has to offer, making the relocation process easy and stress-free for her clients.
