Scott was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. After residing in Howard County several years, he and his wife became homeowners in Frederick County in 2002. In his spare time, you'll find Scott enjoying photography, camping, fishing, restoring muscle cars, or spending quality time with his wife and two teenage daughters.
