It is hard to believe it has been 40 years in Real Estate. I recently became a " Life Member "of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, a very prestigious designation. In that time I have seen interest rates as high as 20 % and as low as 3.5%, but the one thing that stays the same is the need for people to own a piece of the "American Dream".
During those years I have helped many hundreds / thousands of people achieve that dream, whether it be residential, commercial or new construction. My father taught me that you need to listen to people to find out their wants & needs and then help to attain them.
