About Me
Sarah brings over 19 years of real estate experience and a solid reputation for working hard for her clients. Prior to joining RE/MAX, she spent 10 years selling Luxury homes for a National Home Builder followed by 8 years with a boutique real estate firm in Medfield. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)-a symbol of excellence in residential real estate, held by only 3% of all Realtors.
Most of her days are spent working with delightful clients, viewing homes, reading over home inspection reports, staging homes, chatting with attorneys, negotiating an offer, putting a sold sign on a lawn or handing keys to ecstatic new homeowners. Sarah finishes her day by coming home to her supportive husband, ball-of-fun son and four-legged friend.
Q & A with Sarah...
Why did you decide to get into Real Estate Sales and Marketing?
Back in the late 90’s with my drivers permit in my pocket and my mother by my side-I took the wheel and we came upon a new street in a new development around the corner from where I grew up. While avoiding the potholes and construction vehicles I practiced my 3-point turn.
One day we decided to visit the model home-I remember being blown away by the home and how it was presented-bright, open layout, tall ceilings and professionally decorated (now known as staged). At 16, I wasn’t familiar with the marketing terms- I just thought the ladies in the model home had a really cool job!
Fast forward, I was fresh out of college with a new license, my real estate license. I quickly became the newest Sales Consultant for that very builder-who was now developing a neighborhood the next town over.
When not working you might be found?
Making memories with my favorites-my husband Gene, son AJ & our puppy-Shadow. At the beach. Crocheting. At dinner w/ friends. Golfing with my husband. Reading. At home in Medfield. President, Gifts for Kids, a non-profit that eases the financial burden for low-income families during the holidays in Norfolk County MA.
