Few decisions are quite as significant as where you call home. Where you choose to live becomes your epicenter; it’s where memories are created and where you build your life. Bloomington, Indiana is an exceptional place to call home which is why Sara McKinniss chose to plant her roots here in 2016.
Prior to real estate, Sara spent the first part of her career as an educator working as a self-contained classroom teacher and eventually earning a Master of Science degree in Administration and her K-12 principal certification. Following her years in the classroom, Sara shifted to higher education where she worked with adult learners from all 50 states pursuing dual licensure in regular and special education. With her extensive background as an educator, Sara is equipped with the necessary skills to provide an individualized experience for each of her clients; much of her role as a broker is educating buyers and sellers on the nuances of the real estate process.
In addition to being a licensed broker, Sara also earned her Certified Home Marketing Specialist designation so she could elevate her expertise and develop strategic marketing plans for each unique property. Whether assisting with purchasing a residential or investment property or selling a family home, Sara can offer dedicated support through each step of the process to keep things as low-stress as possible.
