About Me
Born & raised in Southern California, Sandy has lived & worked in Westside and Southbay Beach cities for over 30 years. Sandy was introduced to small business management & development in high-school, while playing integral roles in her family's West Los Angeles business ventures, instilling an entrepreneurial mindset & solid work ethic at a remarkably early age. She assisted her family acquire, grow and sell businesses throughout her college years. She earned an A.A. Degree in Liberal Arts from Santa Monica College, 2013 and a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice, from California State University Dominguez Hills, 2013.
Sandy has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2014, where she began her career working as an Acquisitions Associate for an L.A. based Real Estate Investment firm, successfully assisting the firm acquire Investment Properties for fix & flip and long-term hold strategies in the Southern California, Arizona and Central Florida market. She has also provided top-tier marketing, sales and short-term rental management/ PM services for over 8 years working alongside private real estate investors as an Independent contractor for the acquisition and management of Residential and Commercial properties.
Sandy became a licensed Realtor in 2015 and has been assisting her Clients' achieve their real estate goals throughout Southern California. She stays ahead of the game in today’s changing Real Estate market by attending trainings, brokerage meetings, marketing courses, analyzing monthly real estate industry data & news, working closely with her Team and keeping tabs on selling trends and strategies.
In her free time, Sandy enjoys living the outdoors lifestyle with her family and two dogs (English Mastiff, Leila & Bull Mastiff, Lola). Hiking, backpacking, camping, off-roading, boating, snowboarding/skiing, kayaking, white water rafting, road trips, visiting National Parks, etc!
