Samantha is passionate about Southwest Florida Real Estate. As a high-touch agent specializing in residential, relocation, and investment services, she has extensive market knowledge and negotiation skills to advocate for her client's best interests. Her responsive approach surpasses credibility, commitment and determination making her service invaluable. She believes that honesty and forthrightness are paramount in her dealings with clients and is always upfront and to the point. As a Realtor, she understands she can't control all the pieces of a successful real estate transaction…. that is why she aligns herself with a professional Team of lenders, title companies, inspectors, attorneys and vendors to best serve her customers from beginning to end. As a second-generation Realtor and proud member of The Dreier Team at RE/MAX Realty Group, Samantha is part of a Team that proves hard work and excellent personalized customer service are still the backbone of being a successful agent. The Team takes great pride in the relationships they build, always working relentlessly on their client's behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.
Originally from Northwest Minnesota, Samantha moved to South Florida to earn a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at Florida Gulf Coast University, graduating Summa Cum Laude (4.0 with Honors / President List). Throughout college, Samantha focused on excelling in her studies and extracurriculars. She participated on several research teams, sat on the Honors Senate Board and volunteered extensively. Her volunteer experience includes saving turtle hatchlings with a permit through FWC, working at the Veterans Hospital and working with a crisis helpline. Currently, she is a member of Captains for Clean Water and faithfully attends Cape Christian Church. When she isn't assisting clients, she loves exploring Florida's beautiful waterways and nature trails.
