Rose Granitz is an award-winning real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the Dallas-Ft. Worth market closing over $49 million in sales and assisting dozens of families in finding their perfect home. Her strong organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities and management techniques have helped propel her to be one of Frisco’s leading real estate professionals.
Rose’s prior business experience has complimented her real estate career providing a background in communication, marketing, advertising as well as keen customer service skills. Her ability to listen and act on what people want and need aid her greatly in assisting her clients. Rose is a determined and goal-oriented person that has a sense of purpose in whatever she undertakes. She loves working with people both in and out of the office and always has the best attitude toward any situation. Over the last 10 years Rose has achieved membership into the RE/MAX 100% Club, the RE/MAX Gold Club, the RE/MAX Platinum Club, the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame and voted Realtor of Year by her peers.
Originally from the Chicago area, Rose graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree. She and husband, Joe, and their three children, Ava Rose, Nina, and Nicholas, moved to Frisco from Clearwater, Florida 14 years ago. She attends St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and is a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association and the Frisco-Allen Panhellenic Alumnae Association. She feels privileged to participate in PTA’s at both Griffin Middle School and Wakeland High School.
