Ron and Suzie Duff, Partners in Business... Partners in Life

Ron and Suzie have worked the better part of their life in the real estate industry. Gaining their own unique experiences in the business, they eventually became RE/MAX agents and later formed their business and life partnerships when they married in 2015.
Suzie has 25+ years in the business and Ron's experience spans over 37 years. Their combined 55+ years in the industry is a testimony to their success, service performance and long term client relations.
Suzie has earned her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. She is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI) and graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelors, (BS) in Health Care Administration and went on to earn her Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Suzie Also served as President of the Capital Area REALTORS 2019-2020.
Ron obtained his license in 1986 and initially focused on investing in real estate. His ventures as an investor including rehabilitating old properties for personal rentals (some for resale), new construction and even the physical relocation of two homes to new lot locations which were purchased from a local hospital for $10 each.
Ron later opened and operated a small independent company and later purchased a Century 21 franchise. Ron joined RE/MAX in 1999 and serves as Training Director while running his own successful business.
Ron and Suzie are Home Selling Specialist. Their pre-listing council and marketing strategies are unique and proven effective. Ron and Suzie also represent home buyers, Rental Property investors and clients with commercial office and retail needs.
