Bob who is a member of the McDonald Team is a 40 year resident of Oakland County. He is a trusted real estate advisor for his clients. He understands that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. He also appreciates there is a lot at stake financially. This perspective on the process, and the responsibility he feels towards his clients drives him to truly be an expert on the job. He understands the market, the players, and all of the variables involved in a real estate transaction. Prior to entering real estate, Bob was a manufacturing engineer and a technical sales consultant. This experience makes him an excellent negotiator, problem solver and program manager.
