For over thirty-five years, my real estate vocation has included a varied career. Related education includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky, plus education requirements to qualify for a broker’s license in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana.
My real estate ownership, beyond personal residences, has provided eminent knowledge by owning multiple property types. Over the years, I have owned: single and multifamily rental properties, professional office buildings, development ground and farms.
Besides residential sales, diverse career experiences provide qualifications to serve a variety of consumer needs. I have spent years as a high-end custom home builder, rehabbed property for recognition on the National Historical Register and participated in the development of industrial acreage plus both high density and estate lot subdivisions in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Through-out my professional career there has always been the focus on the brokerage of homes and raw land. Currently, with RE/MAX Affiliates, my past experiences bring success in the sale of homes, rental properties, farms, plus commercial and industrial acreage. Over the years, I have been blessed with loyal clients, who continue my services for personal housing and acreage needs. Those loyal clients are home-owners, developers and real estate investors.
