Real Estate has been my focus for many years. I have worked with commercial, residential, property management, leasing, in both selling and buying. I am honored to be a part of RE/MAX and the Quality Service, Inc. group in Hanover, PA. My focus is on York and Adams county. I am different as I have a team approach to helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. My team is a husband (Realtor), my wife Pamela Berlingo also a Realtor, who markets for me, and a new addition this year Stella Berlingo. Stella our puppy is now officially doing "Stella Puppy Paw Ratings" she is key in helping families with dogs looking for the perfect home not only for you but for your 4 legged family as well. Stella will often appear in my listings with her personal puppy plus rating based on size of yard, fencing, amenities, walk-ability score and more.
