Ricky Haynes is a RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group REALTOR® serving all of Nashville and Middle Tennessee as both a buying and listing agent. Being a Nashville Native that grew up in South Nashville's Woodbine community and also a life long resident of Middle Tennessee provides him with years of first hand knowledge about Music City, the surrounding counties and all property types. In his spare time he enjoys many outdoor activities that include auto racing, fishing and hunting. Of note, Ricky is a former NASCAR Weekly Racing Series Track Champion at the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway and a 3-Time Most Popular Driver award winner as voted by the racing fans. During his time in racing, Ricky created a charitable program named "Racing For The Children" whereas 100% of his race winnings were donated each year to the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. Now, as a highly regarded Middle Tennessee REALTOR® he continues to support this worthy cause by making a donation to the Monroe Carell Jr, Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt after each of his clients closed real estate transactions. In doing so, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals® and RE/MAX have bestowed upon him the designation of Miracle Agent! On March 31, 2021 by unanimous vote, Ricky was named the marketing & media advisor for the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway Hall of Fame and will work along side the executive advisor, Nashville music mogul Scott Borchetta.
