Rich is particularly knowledgeable about the Northwest Austin, Round Rock and Cedar Park areas. He enjoys helping individuals and families find the perfect home. Rich and his wife have renovated and sold four houses in Round Rock since 2002. As an experienced residential re-developer and rental property owner, he has knowledge of the needs of investors.
I am a native Texan and have lived in Central Texas since 1979, with an eight year absence from the area while serving in the United States Air Force during the Gulf War. I attended middle school and high school in South Austin.
I have an MBA from Texas State University and worked as an IT Director and software developer at The University of Texas for 24 years. This background serves my clients well in business marketing and efficiently using information technology. These skills help clients buy and sell their home
I am the father of six wonderful children. Along with my wife, I am a licensed foster parent, having fostered numerous kids over the years.
