About Me
Rich was was born at the Boulder Community hospital and grew up in the foothills up Boulder Canyon. He graduated from BHS in 91, then schooled in Santa Barbara studying music and photography.
Shortly after college the travel bug took over and he left for Micronesia where he worked for a year in Saipan as a guest entertainer. After this stint he island hopped from Micronesia, through Indonesia up to Thailand, then eventually through Japan.
At a young age, travel helped him learn many different cultures and how to interact with all varieties of people. This turned him into a natural communicator. While traveling, he lived with little. The use of 3rd world bartering systems for goods and supplies, fine tuned his negotiation skills.
After returning to the US, he decided to try city life out and moved to Dallas Tx where he found a job in property management. He enjoyed the flavor of the business and enjoyed helping people find their niches in the city.
After a couple of years, the blue skies of Colorado called him back , where he continued in property management for 14 years. Looking for more skin in the game, a high-school friend and Broker/Owner talked him into getting his real estate license, where he found his true passion selling residential real estate in Boulder County.
Rich currently lives with his wife and dog in Boulder and thrives off community involvement, back country skiing, hiking, camping, photography, writing music and helping home owners and sellers achieve their financial dreams with buying and selling real estate.
