Randy Nichols has been a top Realtor since August 1996, over 25 years, and specializes in selling properties in 10-14 days for absolute top dollar. Does that sound counter-intuitive? The reason why he can do that is, are you aware that properties in the Bay area, on average, sell for 4% more within the first 30 days, regardless of the market.
In “a previous life” Randy was a musician for forty years and played keyboards for Eddie Money, platinum selling artist in the 70s & 80s. He went from being a musician on a Friday, to a Realtor on a Monday, and never looked back.
Randy has flourished in good markets, as well as “the Great Recession” between 2008 and 2013. That market was not for “the faint of heart.” His business concentrates on many different types of real estate transactions, including finding buyers for properties before they hit the market, reaching out to buyers and sellers via phone or at the door, as well as short sales, for-sale by owner transactions, and hard to sell properties that were previously listed for sale. Randy sells properties throughout the Bay Area.
