Randy Hill’s journey through the hospitality industry is a testament to his unwavering commitment and passion that has led him to the world of real estate. From bartending to managing restaurants, he has left an indelible mark on the culinary landscape.
In 2001, Randy’s move to Washington, DC, opened new opportunities. His role as an Assistant Manager/Beverage Manager at the Palm Restaurant in Dupont was just the beginning. Promotions followed, and he eventually became a General Manager in Dallas, TX.
During his time with the Palm Restaurant Group, Randy refined his hospitality skills under the guidance of Tommy Jacomo. His personalized service resonated with DC’s elite, leaving a lasting impression.
Post-Palm, Randy continued to excel. He served as the General Manager of Jaleo by Celebrity Chef José Andrés and later served as the Regional Manager for Wagamama UK in Boston, MA. Now, as the Administrative Director of Craft Food Halls and a Realtor for REMAX in the Greater Boston Area, Randy brings his expertise to the real estate market.
For Randy, real estate isn’t just business—it’s personal. He understands the intricacies of buying and selling properties, and his dedication to customer service ensures a smooth process for clients. Whether finding a dream home or preparing a house for sale, Randy’s drive and commitment make him a valuable partner in the real estate journey. 🏡🔑
Armed with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Psychology, Randy balances work with personal interests. When not immersed in the world of hospitality and real estate, he enjoys reading, biking, running, bowling, basketball, and cherishing moments with his fiancé Kristina Shultz and their newborn daughter, Ava Parker Hill. 🌟🍽️🏀📚
