Having grown up and lived his whole life in Baltimore, Raeford's roots run deep and he takes that hometown familiarity in helping his buyers find their perfect home. He has a wealth of technical contract experience to guide them through the detailed and sometimes overwhelming process and welcomes questions!
Raeford has mastered the "art of negotiation" living in an all girl household, you can't get better hands on training than that, and brings it forward to his real estate career,
keen listening skills, patience and utilizing a calm demeanor to navigate all transactions.
This outgoing and fun guy loves being a Realtor, but when he has down time, you'll find Raeford at the movies, concerts, golf, or mainly, just spending time with his girls.
