As a third generation real estate agent with over 28 years of experience in the industry, I had the pleasure of working with a real estate firm that broke ground in a small city. In only 2-years my efforts, experience, and expertise successfully resulted in recruiting over 20 promising and productive real estate agents. I have proudly managed, coached, mentored and trained for a top producing team; while, as the designated negotiator, successfully closing over 100 transactions annually on their behalf. My true passion in this industry is helping home owners or helping people become homeowners, doing it one family at a time! I cherish the time I spend guiding agents and their teams into and through highly profitable and successful real estate careers by empowering them with the knowledge and skills that are essential to nurture, maintain, and grow their businesses.
