About Me
After graduating from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business, Rachel spent 12 years in the industry planning corporate meetings and incentive programs and traveling around the world. Customer Service being at the forefront of her business mentality, Rachel learned the importance of listening to her clients and keeping clear lines of communication. Corporate relocation took Rachel and her family across the country, where she had the opportunity to buy/sell many homes and worked with many different types of Realtors. This offered her a unique perspective to what buyers and sellers are looking for in an agent, and a very clear understanding of the corporate relocation process and what it can mean for a family moving to the area. After 7 relocations, Rachel finally settled back into her home state of Michigan. She joined Nexus in 2016 as Client Care Coordinator, licensed in 2017 and currently serves as Director of Operations for the Brokerage and Coordinator for Nexus Group.
