About Me
Prutha Patel is a self-made woman with an undergraduate degree from Boston University (BSBSA), who has ambitions to become the next top real estate agent and investor in Rhode Island (RI). She has over nine years of experience as a property owner, investor and in property management, and supervising over 50 units throughout the state including commercial and residential units.
Within the community, she serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Sojourner House, an organization committed to ending domestic and sexual violence. Additionally, she is the Chair for the Leadership Rhode Island Women’s Networking Group. Recently, she was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Waterplace Condominiums in downtown Providence.
Prutha began her career at the age of 21 working with Orange Leaf Yogurt as Vice President for the Rhode Island & Greater Massachusetts territory. She then managed a real estate portfolio for a private investment group in RI. Currently, she is a realtor at RE/MAX Innovations in Providence, RI.
Prutha is reliable, responsive, personable, professional, and determined.
As she moves forward, Prutha is utilizing her experience to not only help those looking to find the perfect home, but also to use her expertise as a buyer and investor to assist new and established investors acquire what they are looking for. In fact, she bought her first multi-family home right off of Benefit Street on the East Side of Providence in the summer of 2013. She subsequently bought her second investment home with a partner in July of 2014 in Fox Point, also on the East Side of Providence.
Prutha has since continued to invest as a partner in various properties to build her portfolio.
In 2021, Prutha purchased a multi-family on Benefit Street and has launched her third Air B&B unit! She also joined The Alba Group at RE/MAX Innovations and has been expanding her reach in the real estate market among luxury rentals, commercial leasing, and residential sales.
