My name is Preston Martin, I'm a licensed Realtor here in beautiful Highlands County FL. Our county includes three small FL towns; Sebring, Lake Placid, and Avon Park. I have been a realtor for 2 years and specialize in residential and commercial real estate sales across Highlands and Plam Beach Counties. Before coming to our awesome community, I resided in Palm Beach County and was in the restaurant industry for the majority of my life. So, I still do plenty of real estate down in sunny south FL, with the excellent relationships that I have made in my life working in that industry. I have a beautiful growing family; my wife and I have 2 kids and love raising them in this small close-knit community of Sebring. We love seeing families like ours get into new "houses" and turning them into "homes" the day they get those keys. Filling a home with love, laughter, and good times is what makes it a home.
