About Me
I was born, raised and now live in Winters, CA. I became a licensed realtor in 2018, coming from a marketing & technology background, which I utilize in the real estate world for all of my clients! Buying or selling a home can be stressful! That is why I put eliminating the stress from my clients as my top priority in every transaction. I pride myself in my excellent communication with all parties involved to ensure the buying and selling process is as quick and smooth as possible. My goal is for my clients to enjoy the buying or selling process, and let me handle the rest. I absolutely love what I do! I've helped so many friends, family members, and now new friends become home owners, sell and move up in to a larger home and even buy their dream home. A little background on me, I graduated from Winters High School, move to LA and became a certified Makeup Artist, after graduating from makeup school I moved back to Winters and married my high school sweetheart. We then moved to Casper, WY and bought our first home. A few years spent working for Verizon and living in the snow, I transferred and we headed back to Winters! I first stepped in to the Real Estate world as the Social Marketing Director for Windermere Hulsey & Associates. I decided to become a Realtor after working with Michael Hulsey and watching my Grandma, Charlotte Lloyd, my entire life as a Realtor. I realized I'd thoroughly enjoy this career. After receiving my license I decided to jump in with both feet as a full time Realtor. I specialize in Yolo & Solano counties where I have lived most of my life.
My family is well established in the area, my parents owning Pearce Heating & Air Conditioning since 2005. My grandpa owning Howard’s Doors & More in Fairfield for over 30 years and my grandma being a well-established realtor for over 30 years.
