Phil has built a career in helping people achieve their dreams – first in the financial services industry and now in real estate. Phil is a Broker/Owner with Re/Max Home Again Realty. She loves working with all types of Real Estate from Residential to Commercial. She works tirelessly for her clients and finds tremendous satisfaction in finding them the right home, or selling an existing home in a smooth, effortless transaction. Phil says “It is incredibly rewarding to see the look on a client’s face when they find that perfect home”.
Phil has been a top producer since she transitioned to real estate in 2014. She was featured on the cover of Top Agent Magazine in Montana and in March of 2019 won the prestigious Re/Max Hall of Fame Award. She won the Platinum Club award in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 and in 2020, 2021 and 2022 won the coveted Chairman's Club award. In 2020 , 2021 and 2022 she was the top producing individual Re/Max agent in the state of Montana. In April 2023 she was awarded Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award, a very high honor.
Phil is a native of Zimbabwe and moved to the Whitefish area in 1993. Her varied background brings a variety of skills to the table, including the ability to see the possibilities (or potential gotchas) in any given home. She is knowledgeable, personable and an excellent communicator and negotiator. She is a tremendous asset to have on your side whether you are buying or selling a home.
