About Me
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Philip Forsberg and I am a licensed Realtor with ReMax Town & Country, serving the counties north of Atlanta. I am a certified Military Relocation Professional, and in my spare time I am a Volunteer Service Officer with Chapter 6 (Marietta, GA) of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), where I also serve as the chapter’s adjutant. Our organization assists veterans in obtaining the benefits they’ve earned through their service to our nation. Prior to beginning my real estate career, I served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army for 29 years, retiring in 2011 as a lieutenant colonel.
My approach to real estate is to represent my clients in their real estate transactions to the best of my ability. I am not “salesy” and never push my clients in a direction which would make them uncomfortable. My job is service, representation, administration, and expert advice. Although I take full advantage of technology and automation in the service of my clients, I do not use the types of gimmicks that seem to have overtaken the real estate business. Instead, I focus on diligent hard work to meet my clients desires, needs and wishes. The real estate market is constantly changing, and my clients seek an agent that closely monitors developments and trends in the local market.
Whether you are looking for a home to buy, looking to sell your existing home, or looking for real estate investment advice, I welcome the opportunity to interview for the position as your agent, and I humbly thank you for your consideration.
