Licensed as an Agent/Realtor since 2004, Peter Stamison has sold over $200 million of property to and for his clients. His passion is to help people and in Real Estate that means first and foremost to navigate what is typically their largest financial transaction. "Whether my clients are buying or selling their home, the trick is to help them recognize exactly what they want out of the transaction and then get it with as little stress as possible." Peter works tirelessly to set himself apart from other realtors, by adopting what he calls the "Jerry McGuire Philosophy", meaning that he focuses on service and quality of his transactions not the quantity. The philosophy has worked for Peter in a big way. Over 90% of his clientele are either repeat clients or referrals and his stellar reputation has landed him as a featured realtor on 4 different HGTV Real Estate shows. After a few years selling Real Estate, Peter recognized a segment of his clientele was growing and in need of a special type of assistance. Peter sought out specialized education in this area of Real Estate and has since earned the designations of Senior Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Staging Professional, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Short-Sale foreclosure Resource, and HAFA Certified. Peter has been happily married for 18 years. He considers himself a family man first and spends much of his time outside of work with his wife and two children as part of the Santa Clarita community.
