Before getting into the real estate business in 2016, Pepper worked in the corporate world in the United States and the UK for over 20 years. She has worked for a variety of companies and has received an number of awards for customer service, retention and was Recruiter of the Year 2014 for Careington Dental Network in Frisco TX before becoming a Realtor. She has a passion for helping and always putting her clients first. It starts with fully appreciating each customer and then finding creative ways to fulfill their needs-insight. She believes in building relationships for a life time, not just for a transaction. Friends are better long term not just for a moment.
