Peggy understands that her job - like the real estate transactions she assists - is complex, and she acts as a financial advisor, savvy negotiator and marketing manager. Holding a Masters degree from the University of South Florida, her focus and dedication to her clients' needs are obviously appreciated - her base of loyal repeat and referral customers continues to grow.
"I love selling real estate,” explained Peggy, and because I care about what's best for my clients, I am committed to being upfront and realistic with them. Peggy also has a background in "hands-on" restaurant ownership which involved plenty of sales and marketing. She has been a licensed realtor in Florida for 20 years, and is up-to-date on all the latest technology needed to market to today’s buyers. A member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Peggy is proud to be a part of the RE/MAX family. Peggy has also achieved the CDPE designation, the Green designation, the Florida Military Specialist Designation and has completed the At Home with Diversity Course. Peggy donates to the Children’s Miracle Network on each closed transaction allowing her customers to be a part of this amazing organization. She serves as the president of her community's homeowner's association and also finds time to enjoy her 32-foot sailboat.
