About Me
Born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin — Madison, School of Civil Engineering and a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Colorado. Shortly after graduating, I headed west in search of Colorado's famous 300 days of sunshine and its active outdoor lifestyle.
I began my career in Colorado as a consulting civil engineer working for one of the nation’s leading home builders. In 2004, I left the consulting world and formed a company called Urban Custom Homes, LLC, which specializes in building quality custom homes for the urban home buyer. Through a process called Urban Redevelopment, I acquired properties in highly desired neighborhoods within the heart of Denver, scraped the existing outdated house, and rebuilt a new custom home. Shortly after beginning this new company, I obtained my real estate license. To date, I have successfully negotiated and closed $100 million in real estate sales. As a Realtor® for 17 years, I can assist you with any of your real estate needs.
I take pride in being a Realtor who trains, consults, and advises clients; who protects the interests and confidence entrusted in me by my clients, and I place those interests above all other parties.
I believe that success in real estate is driven by developing a relationship built on trust, an exchange of ideas and concerns, and honesty. I strive to meet and exceed my clients’ goals by providing the best service possible so that they want to refer me to their friends, family, and business associates.
I am happily married and the father of two beautiful daughters. When I’m not working, I enjoy fatherhood, home improvement projects, traveling, and training in the Japanese martial art of Ninjutsu.
