Patty Harrington has over 20 years of leadership experience within the real estate industry. She started her career with a national franchise in 2001 before co-founding her own boutique real estate company, Cobalt Realty Group. Her aspirations to grow led her to meet Glenn Sipes, Founder of RE/MAX Gold Coast, and merge her real estate company into the RE/MAX Family. She serves as the operation director and works with all services within the company however her passion is about building productive relationships with her colleagues through her distinct brand of transparency and professionalism. She marries her technological knowledge, work ethic, and agent-centric approach to become the go-to person at RE/MAX Gold Coast. Her transition to RE/MAX was a testament to her dedication to growth and the desire to provide her team with an even broader array of services and expertise.
